ILV made 843 protocols for the lack of marking by foreign media agents
In 2021, Roskomnadzor drew up 843 protocols for the absence of markings in the materials of foreign media outlets, of which 840 were in relation to Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty *. RIA Novosti was informed about this in the press service of the department.
Roskomnadzor clarified that 390 out of 840 protocols in relation to Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty * were drawn up according to part 1, 420 – according to part 2, 30 – according to part 3 of article 19.34.1 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
Two minutes were drawn up in relation to PASMI LLC * and its general director under Part 1 of Art. 19.34.1 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation. For the same part, a protocol was drawn up against Lev Ponomarev ** for the lack of marking in posts on social networks.
Roskomnadzor clarified that the prescriptions against LLC TV Channel Dozhd * were drawn up on the fact of violation of the law on the dissemination of information about an NCO foreign agent without the labeling stipulated by the law of the Russian Federation. Administrative protocols were drawn up in relation to the editor-in-chief and the editorial board of the online publication “tvrain.ru” under Part 2.1 of Art. 13.15 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation.
Earlier it was reported that the Ministry of Justice recognized the publications “Rosbalt” and Republic as foreign agents.
