On December 20, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) informed him of the suspicion .
The case is being investigated under Part 5, Art. 191 of the Criminal Code (Misappropriation, embezzlement or seizure of property by abuse of official position).
