A 62-year-old man was detained in Kiev, who illegally detained and raped a 25-year-old girl for several days. The pensioner met his victim in a store, in a queue for alcohol.
25-year-old Alexandra told all the details to law enforcement officers. According to her, that evening she was in the supermarket, where she started a conversation with a stranger.
The girl asked the man where the nearest toilet was, and he kindly offered to use his toilet, because he lives very close by. Having agreed, the girl went home to a stranger, but returned home only on the third day.
What the neighbors say
When law enforcement officers received a message about this incident, they immediately visited the pensioner’s apartment. They needed a hammer to get inside.
– They used a special hammer to remove the curtains from the door. When they opened it, he even wanted to run away. Searches began, he had such a whip from under his bed, well, when they beat him for excitement, or something. The wig is female— – the neighbor of the detained man told.
In real sex slavery, the man held his victim for almost three days. According to 25-year-old Alexandra, the stranger regularly raped her, strangled her and even set her hair on fire.
Recognition of a pensioner
In the police, 62-year-old Andrei called the high-profile accusations a fiction. According to him, the girl voluntarily agreed to come to visit.
Her husband helped Alexandra buy alcohol, and when a conversation started between them at home, the girl agreed not only to drink, but to stay the night.
– We were just spending time, I went to the store several times for cigarettes, for drinks. And I have receipts from this store. She had time to leave the apartment, but she didn’t. She behaved calmly, cheekily, there were no pretensions– – the man assures.
Andrey also added that there were other guests in his apartment that evening. He slept with a 25-year-old girl in the same bed, but there were no hints of sex.
– There were no physical contacts. Yes, we slept together, just like that. We were in such a state that, for example, I didn’t have any erection on her– – says Andrey.
Returning home
A 25-year-old girl left someone else’s apartment only after two nights together with a pensioner. It turned out that a man and two children were waiting for her at home.
Moreover, the 62-year-old man even went to escort the girl home, and on the way they went to the store for beer.
– He says, don’t take me further, because a man can see through the windows. When she came home, the man probably asked where you had been for two days, and she also told him that they had been kept and raped. But I didn’t do it,” the pensioner proves.
At this stage of the investigation, investigators trust the words of the injured girl more. The situation of the 62-year-old man is complicated by the fact that he is now awaiting a court verdict for the rape of another young woman.
Criminal proceedings have been opened on this fact under Part 2 of Article 152 (Rape committed repeatedly) and part 1 of Article 146 (Unlawful imprisonment or kidnapping). If the pensioner’s guilt is proven, he faces up to ten years in prison.
