In Dnipro, her acquaintance was convicted for the murder of a young woman. He will spend the next 14 years in prison.
The incident took place in January 2020 in the Industrial District of the city. In the evening, a friend of hers visited the apartment where the woman lived.
The man was intoxicated and wanted to extend the evening in a more intimate atmosphere. He began to persuade the woman to have sex.
& # 8212; Due to the latter's unwillingness to continue intimate relations with him, he stabbed her in the neck with a knife, & # 8212; reported in the prosecutor's office.
As a result of the injury, the woman died on her own bed. During the trial, her acquaintance completely denied his guilt, however the available facts proved his involvement in the murder.
Criminal proceedings were opened under part 1 of article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. By the decision of the Industrial District Court of Dnipro, the man was found guilty and sent to jail for 14 years.
The maximum punishment under this article is 15 years in prison.
