The incident occurred in the Kievsky district of the city. A woman is raising a nine-year-old girl without a husband: the two of them live in one of the hostels on Staroshishkovskaya Street.
According to preliminary information, the police and representatives of social services were called by caring neighbors who were tired of the young woman's alcoholism.

When law enforcement officers entered the room, the unfortunate mother was so drunk that she could not get out of bed. Sitting next to her was her confused daughter.
It was found that a nine-year-old girl did not attend school for a long time due to poor health: subsequently, doctors found signs of a cold in her.
While the unfortunate mother was recovering, her daughter was taken to the hospital. The law enforcement officers drew up an administrative report on the woman under Article 184 (Failure of parents to bring up children) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
Whether the girl will be returned to her family is still unknown. In the near future, social services will decide her fate.
