And his strange behavior is due to the fact that the dictator allegedly caught a “little cold” due to the heat in Iran and the operation of air conditioners.

According to spokesman Putin, the information that the dictator is ill is a lie.
“He is in good health,” said Dmitry Peskov.
The dictator's representative also accused the Ukrainian, British and the American media in spreading false information about Putin's health.
Putin himself explained his strange behavior in Iran by the fact that he allegedly caught a cold due to the intense heat and the operation of air conditioners.
