73-year-old Jenny Butman from the UK almost died when a wasp , having flown into a glass of wine, stung her on the tongue.
The woman was helped in time and it saved her.

< p>Neighbors invited a woman and her husband to a barbecue in the garden of their house. The woman was drinking wine and suddenly felt pain in her mouth.
“I spit out the wine and felt a burning pain on my tongue, it was very swollen. It was hard for me to breathe because my airways were blocked, I felt sick, and I couldn't breathe,” Butman recalls.
After 25 minutes, paramedics arrived to help the British woman. They gave the victim three injections of adrenaline and then rushed her to the hospital.
“I think we didn't realize then how serious it was. I would have asked to be taken home and put an ice cube on my tongue. The doctors said , that I was very lucky,” Butman admitted.
After treatment, the woman was allowed to go home.
Earlier it became known that in Transcarpathia, two men died due to insect bites.
