Humanitarian cargo is not allowed in: Polish carriers blocked Dorogusk – Yagodin

by alex

On Sunday, February 18, Polish carriers completely blocked the Dorogusk checkpoint — Yagodin.

This was reported by the State Customs Service of Ukraine.

Blocking the road

– On the road route, from 9:00 o’clock Kiev time, the movement of trucks in both directions is completely blocked by Polish farmers who are holding a large-scale protest on the access roads in front of Dorogusk, says in the message.

The department notes that, despite the protesters’ promises to allow perishable, dangerous or humanitarian cargo through, not a single truck has crossed the border since then.

Now watching

Routine buses are allowed through as usual, without queues.

–The participation of farmers from other European countries in the Polish protest announced the day before, as of this time, is not available through any communication channel, including data from open public sources — not confirmed, the customs service adds.

Blocking the railway

From 15:30 to 17:30 at the Dorogusk railway station, protesters tried to block the railway tracks, but the Polish police prevented this.

Trains are currently moving as normal.

Customs officials urge people to take this information into account when planning cargo delivery routes.
