How to update data in the TCC offline
To update data in the TCC or TsPAU, men liable for military service must have the following documents with them:
- passport of a citizen of Ukraine;
- identification code;
- military ID or temporary ID;
- medical documents;
- certificate of education;
- a driver's license is required only if serving as a driver.
If a person has the right to a deferment from mobilization, then he must have documents with him that confirm this fact. These may be documents confirming family composition, the presence of children, or guardianship of persons with disabilities.
It is also necessary to prepare medical documents. The Military Medical Commission has access to the Helsi system, so doctors see data on the health status of persons liable for military service. But if a person has certificates that are not included in the database, then he must take them with him. If you have a disability, a certificate from MSEC is required.

All persons liable for military service, conscripts and reservists in Ukraine from 18 to 60 years old must update their data by July 16.
