How to get an extract on the place of residence in Action/Action
Now you can get a residence statement without leaving your home. An electronic document can be generated on the Diya portal.
A certificate of the place of registration can be obtained in a few clicks, then downloaded to your phone or printed. There is no need to put any stamps on the document – it contains a QR code containing all the necessary information. Mikhail Fedorov spoke about this on the air of the only telethon, Channel 24 reports.
Back in December, Action launched the service “change of place of registration”, and it became the most popular service on the platform. But during martial law, according to the law, the place of registration cannot be changed. Despite this, a certificate of the place of registration is needed by various institutions, such as kindergartens or banks.
Currently, the service is only available on the Action website
< p>In order to prevent people from standing in lines, the Ministry of Digital Development launched this service on the Action portal. The Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine said that very soon this function will also be available in the application.
How to get an extract about the place of registration on the portal
- authorize on the portal Action,
- select the service “Extraction from the register of the territorial society”,
- click “Get a lift”.
You can download and save in PDF format to your phone or any other convenient medium. If desired, it can be printed.
Each electronic extraction has a QR code, by which structures can check the authenticity of the document.
Also, the adoption service will soon be in operation
Earlier it was reported that the “adoption” service will now be available in Action. Starting June 1, you can apply for an initial consultation. Online, you can submit a package of documents for a candidate with adoptive parents, guardians, parents-educators of a foster family or a family-type orphanage. You can also look at the profiles of children. In a few months, new functionality will be added to the application.
Representative of the Ministry of Digital Development Denis Ivanov explained that information about the candidate will be displayed automatically. Within 15 days, he will be contacted and invited for a consultation.
In addition, now everyone who lost their job due to the war can apply for unemployment benefits through the application. The service is also available for Ukrainians who cannot continue their activities as FLP due to the state of war.
