To cross the state border, drivers of military age of 18-60 years old need to fill out a special application.
The procedure for filling it out was explained in the press service of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine. To do this, you need to contact either the ministry itself or the regional administration at the place of residence.
— The Carrier may, at its sole discretion, choose any of these authorities for handling. All of the above bodies have the same authority and access to a database shared with the State Border Guard Service, the Ministry of Infrastructure said in a statement.
An appeal to the Ministry of Infrastructure is formed in five simple steps:< /p>
- download and fill in all the form fields without exception, a sample from the link
- print, sign and seal
- take a picture or make a scanned copy in pdf format
- send to [email protected] in word and pdf format
- fill out the questionnaire at the link
In addition, the ministry clarified which of the citizens liable for military service may be granted permission to cross the border during martial law.
These are drivers who carry out transportation for the needs of Ukrainian defenders, as well as medical goods and cargoes of humanitarian aid.
Also, permission is received by employees of the railway, providing it functioning and smooth operation.
