According to him, at the end of November, Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov arrived in the DPRK. He met with Kim Jong-un and the North Korean Defense Minister. Belousov's main goal was to reach new agreements with Pyongyang on the supply of artillery shells, KN23 ballistic missiles, and the sending of more North Korean soldiers to Russian territory.
“Russia is demonstrating that it plans to fight throughout 2025, and is doing everything to maintain the ability to wage war for several years. This is also evidenced by plans to spend a third of the budget on war and propaganda,” Kovalenko emphasized.
Recall that the first fatalities among North Korean soldiers have already occurred in the Russian Kursk region. Russian “Fuhrer” Vladimir Putin will use Kim Jong-un's fighters as “cannon fodder.”
