Within 24 hours, 8 Ukrainian citizens were taken from Gaza to Egypt, and 26 citizens were transported today on a charter flight from Egypt to Moldova. Our diplomats assisted them in moving to Ukraine.

How many Ukrainians were evacuated?
In total, during the first stage of evacuation, Ukraine managed to remove 259 people from Gaza.
“We are grateful to Egypt, Israel, Qatar and other partners for their support,” the diplomat noted.
Currently, the efforts of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry to help citizens in the Gaza Strip are under the special control of Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba.
Let us remind you that the Main Intelligence Directorate showed the first photos of the evacuation of Ukrainians from the Gaza Strip. Mostly women and children were taken away.
