Details

It is known that the deputy head of the procedural control department Grigory Avakyan is under investigation, he is accused of rape. According to sources, the man wanted to sign a contract with the Ministry of Defense. On July 24, he sent a petition to the Investigative Committee asking to send him to the SVO. Avakyan has already passed the military medical commission.

“In early July, his subordinate Maria (name changed) accused Avakyan of rape. According to the girl, the man slipped her a potent substance and raped her for an hour in the prosecutor's office building. After that, he allegedly offered her money to “hush up” the case. Maria still wrote a statement about the rape. On the same day, Avakyan resigned from the prosecutor's office of his own free will”, – the report notes.

According to the girl, when the investigation began, the video surveillance recording from the office where the attack took place disappeared. And then a scheduled renovation began there, which could have destroyed the evidence. However, the victim was against Avakyan going to the SVO. She believes that in this way the prosecutor wants to avoid criminal liability.

Recall that one of the closest associates of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and the Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation received suspicion. We are talking about Yunus-Bek Yevkurov and the Secretary of the State Council of Russia Alexey Dyumin.
