A four-story building in the city of Ravanusa in Italian Sicily collapsed in an explosion after a large gas leak.
The fire was extinguished. Now at the scene they are looking for missing people. Three residents were killed, two women were pulled out from under the rubble alive. Six remain missing.
According to preliminary data, gas could have accumulated underground or in a confined space, and the explosion triggered the lift operation.

He added that more detailed investigations will be carried out in the coming days .
