The mayor of Donetsk announced a temporary shutdown of hot water throughout the city due to shelling

In Donetsk, hot water supply was completely turned off due to shelling. This was reported by Interfax with reference to the mayor of the city in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Alexei Kulemzin.
“In order to select the water level in the water intake units, it was decided to temporarily turn off hot water supply in the city of Donetsk from 14:00 on February 26 until further notice at all boiler houses and TPs of the city,” he said.
Earlier, the deputy head of the People's Militia Department of the DPR, Eduard Basurin, said that over the past 24 hours, five civilians were killed in the republic as a result of shelling, and another 15 people were injured.
On February 24, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he had decided to launch a special military operation in the Donbass amid reports by Basurin that the situation in the region was deteriorating and appealing to Russia for help.
