None of the hostages were hurt.
In the city of Isy-les-Moulineaux near Paris, law enforcement officers managed to free the hostages taken by the son of the owner of a pizzeria “L'Olivier”.

The man who took four restaurant employees hostage at around 1 p.m. on Saturday agreed to release them three hours later after the intervention of the police anti-terrorist unit.
According to journalists, none of the hostages were hurt.
The police reported that the attacker was arrested. The prosecutor's office has begun an investigation into the incident. As part of the investigation, a psychiatric examination of the suspect has been ordered.
The police have not reported why the son of the owner of the pizzeria “L'Olivier” decided to take the restaurant workers hostage.
After the completion of the operation to free the hostages, Paris Police Prefect Laurent Nunez thanked law enforcement officers and rescuers.
“I warmly thank the police, emergency services and intervention forces. Their composure, their professionalism, their determination made it possible to carry out the arrest and release [of the hostages – ed.] without any incidents,” he wrote.
We recall that the man who on Saturday, November 16, took hostages in a restaurant, probably has a drug addiction.
