Honor introduced the Magic3 line of flagship smartphones, which includes three devices: Magic3, Magic3 Pro and Magic3 Pro +.
The new items received the same 6.67-inch curved OLED screens with a resolution of 2772×1344 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz, as well as 4600 mAh batteries with support for 66 W wired fast charging (Magic3 Pro and Magic3 Pro + also support 50 W wireless charging and reverse charging accessories). The main difference between the models is the Qualcomm chip and the camera system.
The base Honor Magic3 is powered by a Snapdragon 888 processor, while the Honor Magic3 Pro and Honor Magic3 Pro + have the top-end Snapdragon 888+, but all three smartphones have Adreno 660 graphics and a Snapdragon X60 5G modem. The two base models have 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory, while the flagship device has 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of internal memory.
All three smartphones have a 13MP front camera and a 3D ToF depth sensor. The base Magic3 in the main unit received a 50 megapixel main sensor, a 64 megapixel monochrome module and a 13 megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens. The Magic3 Pro version additionally received a 64 megapixel telephoto lens, while the Magic3 Pro + version has a 50 megapixel main sensor and a 64 megapixel monochrome module, supplemented by two more 64 megapixel modules – an ultra wide-angle and a telephoto lens.
The devices have received dust and moisture protection, fully support all Google services and run on the Android 11 operating system with the proprietary Magic UI 5. The Magic3 will cost € 899, Magic3 Pro is priced at € 1099, and the top-end Magic3 Pro + will cost € 1499, but the sales start date Honor does not name new products.
