Now the military man is waiting for the arrival of the drone, which he paid for.
In Russia, the “hero of the Northern Military District” was scammed out of 3 million rubles and sent them to help the Ukrainian Armed Forces. He became a “victim” of a classic deception scheme.
Journalist Yuri Butusov writes about this.
Details
As Butusov writes, a 32-year-old serviceman of the Russian Army with the call sign “Chaplin” met a girl via the Internet. She suggested that he invest the money he earned from the war in Ukraine to trade on the stock exchange. The soldier “behaved” and became a victim of a classic deception scheme.
After receiving the funds, the girl blocked the military man on all social networks. Subsequently, unknown people began to threaten him and informed him that the money would be directed to the benefit of the Ukrainian army.
“Chaplin” has already returned to the front and is now waiting for the arrival of his personalized drone, bought with his own money”, – the journalist ironically summed up.
Recall that as of the morning of June 12, 2024, the Ukrainian Armed Forces destroyed 521,830 soldiers of the Russian Federation army. Over the past 24 hours, another 980 military personnel have been eliminated.
