The marriage drama between PSG star Mauro Icardi and Wanda Nara goes into the next round. On the night of Wednesday, the footballer posted two pictures of the two fighters on Instagram.
Below Icardi writes: “Thank you, my dear, that you continue to have confidence in this wonderful family.”
“Thank you for being the engine of our life. I love you,” continues the Argentine striker and adorns his message with numerous heart emojis. At the same time, Icardi also admits to having made a mistake. “How much it hurts to hurt loved ones,” said the striker. “You only heal when you have the forgiveness of the one you hurt.”
Many see this as an admission of his affair.
On Wednesday evening, Icardi then resorted to an idiosyncratic token of love. The Argentine unfollowed all accounts on Instagram – except that of his wife Wanda. He himself now has 7.2 million followers.
The 34-year-old Wanda seems to have forgiven the PSG striker, who is six years his junior. Most recently, she had accused Icardi of an affair with the Argentine actress María Eugenia Suárez and published evidence on Instagram. She had also posted a photo of her hand without a wedding ring – there was even talk of a divorce. After days of back and forth, the Icardi soap opera now seems to be over – at least for the time being.
In a reaction, María Eugenia Suárez had asserted that she did not know either of them.
