According to pre-orders, Ukraine is still receiving weapons.

Congress United States of America has not yet approved additional funding for Ukraine. However, the production of American weapons for the Ukrainian Armed Forces continues under previously concluded contracts.

This is stated in the Pentagon's response to a request from the Voice of America.

The US Department of Defense explained that Ukraine is still receiving pre-orders for artillery shells, Himars missiles, air defense capabilities and other military equipment.

However, for security reasons, the Pentagon did not provide more accurate information.

Note that these orders were awarded under the USAI (Ukraine Security Assistance Initiative) program. This program was used to support the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the long term.

All funding for her has been exhausted. The Pentagon has no funds left for new purchases until Congress approves them. Pentagon spokesman Jeff Jurgensen says this is also preventing the US from scaling up weapons production as planned.

“For example, without additional funding, we cannot achieve our goal of producing 100,000 155mm rounds per month. This also limits the US Department of Defense's ability to fulfill planned multi-year procurement contracts, including missiles for the Stinger, Javelin and missiles PAC-3 for Patriot systems,” he emphasized.

As reported, Ukraine risks being left without US assistance in the third year of the war. The House of Representatives went into recess until the end of February, and will reappear upon its return facing the threat of its own shutdown because the temporary budget is about to expire.
