The hydrometeorological center issued an emergency warning about the weather situation in Moscow. Heavy rain is expected before 6:00.
“In some places in the city of Moscow, heavy rain is expected, very heavy rain,” the Hydrometeorological Center said in a statement.
Forecasters predicted that in Moscow on August 3 it will be up to 17-19 ° C at night and 22-24 ° C during the day. The wind will be 6-11 m / s, in some places it will reach 15 m / s. In the Moscow region, the temperature at night will be 14–19 ° C at night and 20–25 ° C during the day.
