Headache attributed to improperly fitted shoes

Almost 70% of the world's population, to one degree or another, have flat feet. This deviation affects the entire body and can lead to very unpleasant symptoms, such as headache, reports “Evening Moscow”.

Olga Chizhevskaya, executive director of the League of Podiatry Association of Medical Centers and Doctors, explained that the flattened foot does not absorb impacts on the surface poorly. As a result, the brain regularly experiences micro-shocks, and people begin to complain of constant headaches.

This is not the only reason for feeling unwell. To compensate for the impact of walking, the body uses “extra” muscle groups. As a result, the blood supply to the brain is disrupted, which leads not only to pain, but also to a feeling of chronic fatigue.

The expert noted that people with flat feet should wear orthopedic insoles. The wrong shoes with too high heels or too flat soles can make the symptoms worse.

Earlier, experts warned that stiletto heels are dangerous to health. A high heel overloads the toes in relation to the heel.
