Gunzburg spoke about Russian strains of coronavirus
The head of the Gamaleya Research Center for Epidemiology and Microbiology, Alexander Gintsburg, said that in Russia, as in other countries, there are original variants of coronavirus mutations.
The properties and differences of these strains from others circulating in the world are now being studied, he said.
In particular, there are original mutations in Moscow, said Gunzburg in an interview with RIA Novosti.
Earlier, immunologist Vladislav Zhemchugov said that the symptoms of coronavirus have not changed, it is an increase in body temperature, a sore throat and a cough.
However, their manifestation depends on the characteristics of the health of a particular person, the specialist noted.
