Prime Minister Boris Johnson: British authorities are ready to accept Ukrainians

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said that the UK was ready to take in the Ukrainians. His words are reported by RIA Novosti.
Johnson noted that the country has always played a “historic and heroic role” in helping people who tried to leave the territories of “various conflicts.” He said that fakes are being spread on the Internet about this. “I want to immediately put an end to this and express our readiness to help,” he concluded.
Earlier, White House press secretary Jen Psaki also said that the US authorities are ready to host refugees from Ukraine. She added that Washington is in contact with its partners and is waiting for most European countries to be ready to accommodate refugees.
