In the Khmelnytsky region, a 34-year-old man appeared before the court for raping his own mother.
The incident occurred in August 2021 in Kamenetz-Podolsky. The investigation found that that evening the man returned home in a state of intoxication.
His mother met him in the yard, and it was there that the unfortunate son used force. He dragged the woman into the house, threw her on the bed, undressed her by force and raped her.
Investigators were struck by the fact that the 34-year-old pervert abused his mother in front of his grandmother, who was also in the room.
An elderly woman was paralyzed due to a serious illness, so she could neither help her daughter nor call her neighbors for help.
During the pre-trial investigation, a number of examinations were carried out, which proved the involvement of the suspect. Another examination proved that he does not need special treatment and is quite sane.
In February, the court found a 34-year-old man guilty of committing a crime under Part 2 of Art. 152 (Rape of a family member) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
For inhuman bullying of his own mother, a man will spend the next six years in prison.
