While still studying at the parish gymnasium at the monastery, he signed a written agreement with a psychologist save your life and not harm yourself until January 1, 2022.
18-year-old Vladislav Struzhenkov, who organized an explosion in the Serpukhov women's monastery near Moscow on Monday, December 13, was a graduate of the local parish school.
The Russian Telegram-channel Baza reports details about the identity of the detonator.
As you know, Vladislav came to the territory of the monastery during the morning prayer for children, sat on the stairs and detonated an improvised explosive device. The bomber himself suffered the most from the explosion; he was hospitalized with significant blood loss. Another victim is a 15-year-old teenager who was late for prayer. He has a shrapnel wound in his leg. Children from school were evacuated through a window.
Psychologists who worked with Vladislav when he was still a student at the gymnasium note that he was clearly not himself and was gradually losing his mind. It all started after an operation to remove the thyroid gland – a teenager was diagnosed with cancer in 2015. Due to hormonal imbalance, he began to rapidly gain weight, was often the object of ridicule among classmates. He was diagnosed with “depressive syndrome”, and parents, who were divorced, were advised to see their son by a psychiatrist.
Struzhenkov's mother said that the son had moved to his father and she could not influence it in any way. His father said at the gymnasium that Vlad is healthy and he does not need pills. And a certificate with a psychiatric diagnosis means nothing.
During his studies, the demolitionist complained to the psychologist that no one needed him, accused his parents that no one asked him if he wanted to be born at all, said that he did not see his future and did not want to live. Earlier, Struzhenkov signed an “anti-suicide contract” with a gymnasium psychologist – a written agreement that he undertakes to preserve his life and not harm himself until January 1, 2022. His photo was published on the Web.
After the self-detonation, Struzhenkov managed to say that he was preparing to the attack for about three months. At home they found many boxes of matches, from which the heads were cleaned.
Recall, earlier it was reported that the bomber complained of bullying while studying at the monastery gymnasium.
