Recently, Google released a promotional video in support of the new Pixel 5a 5G with a hint of the pretentiousness of Apple's presentations. The video shows the usual 3.5mm headphone jack, which is jokingly described as something unusual.
The two-minute video shows a standard 3.5mm headphone jack, and its geometry is jokingly called a perfect figure and compared to a black hole. Headphone connection is compared to the ISS docking mechanism. And all this is conveyed in a superlative degree – in the style of Apple presentations.
And although the Apple company has explained many times why it replaced the usual connector with Lightning, Google used this moment to play a trick on a competitor and highlight the user experience of the Pixel line.
Note that the Google Pixel 5a 5G smartphone received a metal case with a water and dust resistant IP67 system. It features a 6.3-inch OLED display with Full HD resolution. As well as a 12 MP + 16 camera on the back and a 4,680 mAh battery. The smartphone is built on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chip, it has a clean version of Android 11 and a reliable security system.
