Google Pixel 5 received a 6-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 2340 × 1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 hertz. In the upper left corner of the display is a hole for a selfie camera with a resolution of eight megapixels. The device has a body and frame made of aluminum, on the back there is a fingerprint sensor.

The device was presented at the end of September, so experts assess it as the “killer” of the iPhone 12, which is expected to be announced in mid-October. Google Pixel 5 is equipped with a Snapdragon 765G chip with 5G support, has 8 gigabytes of RAM and 128 gigabytes of internal memory in UFS 2.1 format. On the back of the gadget, there is a dual camera consisting of 12.2 and 16 megapixel lenses. The smartphone received a battery with a capacity of 4080 milliampere-hours and the Extreme Battery Saver function, which allows you to work up to 48 hours without recharging.

Also at the event, the company showed off an improved version of the affordable Pixel 4a device, unveiled in August. The new model – Pixel 4a 5G – came out with a 6.2-inch OLED display, a Snapdragon 765G chip, six gigabytes of RAM and 128 gigabytes of internal memory, a dual camera with a resolution of 12.2 and 16 megapixels, a battery with a capacity of 3885 milliamperes-hours.

The Google Pixel 5 is priced at $ 700 and will go on sale on October 29th. The cheap Pixel 4a 5G was priced at $ 500. Smartphones will receive Android 11 OS.
