Germany will extradite to Italy accused of murdering Russian

Germany decided to extradite to Italy a citizen of the Russian Federation of Chechen origin Rasul Bisultanov, who is accused of the high-profile murder of a young Italian Niccolo Chatti in 2017, the press service of the Italian diplomatic department reported.

They said that Rome was “deeply satisfied” with this decision.

22-year-old Chatti was beaten to death at a disco in the Spanish resort town of Lloret de Mar, RIA Novosti reminds. Catalan police have detained three suspects with Russian documents. Presumably, they were immigrants from Chechnya who received asylum in France. Two of the detainees were soon released.

The murder caused a great public outcry.

All these years, the Italian Foreign Ministry insisted that Bisultanov should be extradited to the country's authorities and punished.

Earlier it was reported that the Prosecutor General's Office and the ICR are preparing requests for the extradition of the ex-owner of the Cherkizovsky market in Moscow Telman Ismailov, accused of the murder of businessmen Vladimir Savkin and Yuri Brylev.

AiF.ru also talked about the murderer of three students from Guy, who can expect a life sentence.
