This was announced on Monday by a spokesman for the German Foreign Ministry, Reuters writes.

“Negotiations on the sixth package of sanctions are ongoing, they have made good progress and, from our point of view, can be completed in the near future,” the speaker said at a regular government press conference in Berlin.
