Veteran of the Absolute Fighting Championship (UFC) Dutchman Bas Rutten believes that American Justin Gaethje will be able to defeat Russian Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 254. An interview with the ex-athlete was released on the Submission Radio YouTube channel.
“Khabib will face a man with a bottomless fuel tank and a lion's heart. Even if Justin gets tired, he will continue to do crazy things. He has a great low kick, he is excellent at defending against takedowns, ”Rutten said.
He also added that Gaethji could be the fighter who “will rob Khabib of his crown,” Rutten predicted.
Nurmagomedov will face Gatji in the UFC 254 main event on October 25. The Russian will enter the octagon as the reigning UFC champion.
Ryutten is best known for performing for the Japanese organization Pancrase. He also featured in the UFC. Rutten has 28 wins and four losses.
