In the Khmelnytsky region, law enforcement officers detained a 26-year-old man who, together with another malefactor, raped a 13-year-old girl in Odessa.
According to the police of the Khmelnytsky region, the offenders committed a crime in July 2017. Then two unknown men raped the child and disappeared.
The first attacker was found only two years later … In 2019, the man was detained by the police.
The second offender was able to hide in Ukraine for four years. However, on December 23, 2021, he was detained in the city of Shepetivka, where he had recently lived with a female partner.
A 26-year-old Odessa resident is suspected under part 4 of article 152 (Rape) and part 3 of article 153 (Sexual violence) of the Criminal of the Code of Ukraine.
The attacker faces punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to 15 years. Investigative actions continue.
