The images of the tracker were made public by the Taiwanese certification authority.
Samsung could soon introduce a Bluetooth tracker, reports 91mobiles. Images of the Samsung Galaxy SmartTag came to the public through the Taiwanese National Communications Commission (NCC), which granted certification to the device.
The pictures show the trackers in black color and a square rounded shape with a hole for a string or a strap. Just like the trackers from Tile or the Apple AirTags that have been rumored for a long time, objects such as keys can be located using Bluetooth.
Further specifications for the trackers are not known. It is believed that they support Bluetooth 5.1. They should cost just under 15 euros.
When Samsung will present the Bluetooth tracker is unclear. It is possible that they will be presented on January 14th. On the day, the group also wants to present its Galaxy S21 series.
