MOSCOW, September 30. / TASS /. Funding for the creation of large scientific infrastructure facilities under the state program of the Russian Federation “Scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation” (SE STD) will decrease by almost seven times by 2024. This is stated in the materials for the draft federal budget submitted to the State Duma.
As noted in the document, it is planned to allocate 29.5 billion rubles for the federal project “Creation of large objects of infrastructure for science and higher education” in 2022. In 2023, it is planned to reduce it by about 1.5 times, in 2024 – almost 7 times from the level of 2022, to 4.4 billion rubles.
The total expenditures on the State Enterprise NTR in 2024 may exceed 1 trillion rubles, which is more than previously planned by 210 billion rubles. In 2024, funding for the program is expected to exceed RUB 1.1 trillion.
