After twelve seasons as assistant coach in the National Hockey League and as U18 coach for Canada's national team, Dave Barr will be the new coach of the Vienna Capitals. The 60-year-old Canadian follows compatriot Dave Cameron, who recently accepted the Canadian Federation's prestigious offer to look after the under-20 team at the home World Cup at the end of the year.
Barr was in Vienna at the weekend, as reported on Saturday on kurier.at, and clarified the last details.
