A man was detained in Dnipro who reported the alleged mining of the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which is located in the center of Kiev.
According to the police of the Dnipropetrovsk region, a call about & # 8220; mining & # 8221; BP entered the police (on line 102) at about two o'clock on Saturday, December 25.
The police established that the fake message came from a 49-year-old resident of Dnipro.
The man claimed that that explosives were allegedly planted in the administrative building of the Ukrainian parliament, and he was going to detonate it remotely.
The man was found at his place of residence and detained. They found his mobile phone, from which a message was received about allegedly explosives in the Verkhovna Rada.
A resident of Dnipro has already been informed about the suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 259 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (knowingly false reporting about a threat to the safety of citizens, destruction or damage to property).
Now a man is facing punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to eight years .
It should be noted that this is not the first message about & # 8220; mining & # 8221; in Kiev recently. So, on December 19, the capital received information about the alleged mining of the Southern and Central railway stations.
On November 1, it became known about & # 8220; mining & # 8221; shopping centers in the center of the capital. We are talking about Globus, TSUM and Metrograd.
