France is ready to accept 100,000 Ukrainians who were forced to leave their homes because of the war

More than 26,000 Ukrainian refugees have arrived in France since the beginning of the war.

France has launched a national plan to prepare housing for at least 100,000 Ukrainian refugees.

This was announced on Tuesday, March 22, by French Prime Minister Jean Castex , writes CNN.

The French prime minister also pledged to help Ukrainian refugees better integrate into the French labor market by providing classes in French at an employment agency.

“We are entering a crisis that will continue. It is an honor for our country to welcome our Ukrainian friends as warmly as possible,” Castex said.

According to Castex, more than 26,000 Ukrainians have arrived in France since the start of the war sky refugees. Among them, 10,500 received a temporary residence permit granted under the EU temporary protection policy effective March 3.
