In the village of Kitcani, unrecognized Transnistria, on the night of September 25, fragments of a 1968 S-300 missile fell in the garden of one of the local residents. This happened when Russia launched a large-scale missile attack on the Odessa region.

From the village of Kitcani on the left bank of the Dniester to Odessa is less than 100 km.
Co-chairman of the Joint Control Commission of the “republic” Oleg Belyakov confirmed to the media the fall of the debris and stated that the rocket exploded in the air.
“After the explosion, which was heard by residents of the village of Kitcani, Tiraspol and Bender approximately one o'clock in the morning, fragments of an S-300 missile fell onto the territory of Transnistria. The explosion itself was in the air,” he said.
According to him, the remains of the S-300 missile ended up in the garden, there were no casualties or damage.< /p>
“The warhead of the missile entered the soil, but did not explode,” the official said.
Recall that on the night of September 25 Russia attacked the Odessa region with “Calibers” and “Onyxes” and “Shahedami”.
