Found a way to keep working for more than a day
Inventors from the United States have come up with a device that helps relieve fatigue in people. The development is described in the journal Communications Biology.
At the heart of a portable device is electric current. It moves to the vagus nerve, stimulating brain activity and increasing attention. For those working on irregular hours, this device can be an alternative to caffeine and chemical stimulants.
40 people took part in the tests of the device. The volunteers did not sleep for about 34 hours. They said that the device helped to cope with the tasks.
Earlier, the psychologist told how to avoid the “Friday syndrome” among employees. Proper distribution of tasks can help increase productivity on the last working day of the week.
