Former UFC fighter Yoshinori Hori talks about working in the sex industry before MMA
Japanese mixed martial artist (MMA) Yoshinori Hori admitted on social media that he worked in the sex industry. He wrote about this on Twitter.
The 26-year-old athlete, who has one performance in the Absolute Fighting Championship (UFC), said that he provided sex services to men. Hori emphasizes that he is not a homosexual, but notes that such an income allowed him to realize his career dream – to compete in MMA.
“I got 20,000 yen in less than an hour. It was a lot of money then. I managed to get into MMA faster. Of course, remembering the past is not easy. But as long as I'm alive, I'm chasing a dream! ” – he wrote.
Hori represents the Japanese organization Rizin, within which he won the last three fights. Prior to that, he performed at Pancrase. In July 2019, he fought his only fight in the UFC. He lost in the fourth round by knockout to Canadian Hakim Davod.
