Former FIFA head Blatter appointed new suspension from football

The Trial Chamber of the Independent Ethics Committee found ex-President of the International Football Federation (FIFA) Joseph Blatter guilty of violating the organization's code. This was reported on the FIFA website.

Blatter and former secretary general of the organization, Jérôme Valke, will be banned from any football-related activity for six years and eight months.
