Former Bellator fighter American Jordan Young dies at 27

American mixed martial artist (MMA) Jordan Young has died at the age of 27. The athlete's coach Derik Santos told MMA Fighting about this.
The reasons for the death of the 27-year-old soldier were not specified. “I couldn't believe it, I heard his voice in my head. I stood in bewilderment before I had to pull myself together to return to work, “the coach said after the death of the fighter.
Young is best known for his performances in the Bellator promotion. Most recently, he has fought in the Professional Fighting League (PFL). During his career, the American won 12 victories and suffered one defeat. In the last fight, which took place on October 27, the athlete ahead of schedule defeated the Russian Omari Akhmedov.
On November 2, Zimbabwean boxer Taurai Zimunya died after being knocked out by compatriot Tinashe Magioni. In the third round of the confrontation, Zimunya lost consciousness. The boxer was taken to the hospital, but he never recovered.
