According to him, this process will begin in Russia after 2035.
– After 2035, we will begin to return to the balance of the climate system. And not only will we return, but later we will open the door to begin the countdown for a new climatic era, the so-called interglacial and ice age, '' said the forecaster in an interview with RT.
Earlier, the leading specialist of the Phobos weather center, Mikhail Leus, said that the climate in Russia has changed significantly over the past decades. Forecasters are already recording changes in climatic indicators characteristic of each region of the country. These include the average air temperature, the amount of precipitation and their intensity, and others. He also added that until this year, meteorologists used the “old” climate, that is, they lived according to the data from 1961 to 1991. However, now, in 2021, they will start using the “new” climate.
