A 56-year-old man will be tried in Vinnitsa region for kidnapping, rape and sexual assault against a minor. This was reported in the prosecutor's office of the Vinnitsa region.
– The indictment was submitted to the court on the accusation of a 56-year-old resident of the Mogilev-Podolsk region, accused of committing criminal offenses, & # 8212; reported in the prosecutor's office.
The man is charged under the following articles: Part 2 of Art. 146 (illegal imprisonment and abduction of a minor), part 4 of Art. 152 (rape of a person under the age of 14), part 6 of Art. 153 (sexual violence against a person under the age of 14) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
During the investigation, it was established that the accused on September 2 in the evening in one of the villages of the Mogilev-Podolsk region, threatening with violence, forcibly, illegally took an 11-year-old girl to his home, whom he met on the street of the village.
The prosecutor's office noted that the offender was holding the child by force for about two hours. While in a state of alcoholic intoxication, using physical violence, a man raped a minor and committed violent acts of a sexual nature towards her.
If proven guilty, he faces imprisonment for a period of 15 years or life imprisonment.
