In Mirgorod in the Poltava region, three men were convicted, who in the spring of 2020 severely beat their neighbor and forced her to dig a hole near the grave suicides. The woman miraculously managed to get out of the grave and hide home.
While the investigation was underway, the offenders of 58-year-old Nina Rudchenko remained at large, so she was forced to move to her relatives.
The woman remembers how in March last year she came to visit her friend Victoria. At this time, neighbors flew into the house & # 8212; two brothers and their relative.
The men started hitting both women without warning or talking, after which they dragged their main victim out of their neighbor's house and took them to the cemetery.
The bloody woman was given a shovel in her hands and forced to dig a hole right at the grave of the suicide. As scared to death Nina Ivanovna gets out of her own dug grave, the men watched from behind the bushes, after which they left .

The reason for this atrocity was the long-term strife between neighbors. The mother of the brothers, who mocked Nina Ivanovna, accused her family of stealing sacks of potatoes and even the disappearance of a shepherd dog.
What the court decided
After reviewing the results of the investigation, the prosecutor asked to give the maximum terms for all three defendants. And the lawyers assured the judge & # 8212; There was no torture, the neighbors just came to visit.
All this time Nina Ivanovna held back her fear, because in the courtroom she had to sit right next to her would-be neighbors.
The defendants themselves unanimously admitted that the woman was beaten, but the elder brother beat the hardest. It was he who, according to the court's decision, will have to spend the next eight years behind bars.
The other two received five and six years in prison. And although now all three will not appear in the village for a long time, the 58-year-old woman has no plans to return to the village. Now the woman is afraid of revenge from their relatives.
