The head of the Kremlin also congratulated former leaders: for example, Angela Merkel, Silvio Berlusconi and Benjamin Netanyahu.
For the second year in a row, there is no President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in the congratulatory list, and the leader of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, is also absent.
