Judging by the published data, during the voting for this provocative appeal, falsifications took place with the participation of the so-called “button-pressing” deputies. The system took into account the “yes” votes allegedly given by members of the Communist Party faction Gennady Zyuganov and Sergei Obukhov. But they were absent from the meeting of the Duma due to illness.
