FMA board member Ettl on the administrative board of the EBA

Helmut Ettl has been elected to the Board of Directors of the European Banking Authority for 2.5 years.

FMA Board Member Helmut Ettl has been elected to the Management Board of the European Banking Authority (EBA) based in Paris for 2.5 years.

The Austrian financial market regulator announced on Friday. The EBA's supervisory body consists of the chairman and six other representatives with voting rights from among the 28 national supervisory authorities.

The EBA Executive Director and a representative of the EU Commission also take part.
