In the Cherkasy region, a boy was hospitalized, injured as a result of an outbreak of pyrotechnics.
The incident took place on January 8 in the village of Chervonaya Sloboda. On the way home, an 11-year-old boy found an object on the ground that looked like fireworks.
Finding matches, he set fire to the pyrotechnics: a moment later, the find flared up.
The injured child was admitted to the nearest hospital. According to doctors, the boy received thermal burns to his face and both hands.
